We understand your urgency in needing a contract from your recruiter, and we are here to pray and offer guidance according to biblical principles.
Firstly, we would like to remind you of the importance of patience and trust in God's timing. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." God is in control of every aspect of our lives, including our careers.
However, this does not mean we should be passive. It is appropriate to politely follow up on important matters. In Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB), we learn that "To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sky." This includes a time to be proactive.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our anonymous brother/sister. They are in need of a contract from their recruiter, and we ask that You would move in this situation. Give them the wisdom to know when and how to follow up, and grant them favor in the sight of their recruiter. We trust that Your timing is perfect, and we ask that Your will be done in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all aspects of your life. If you have not already, consider bringing this situation before God in personal prayer as well. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 7:7 (WEB): "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." Keep asking, seeking, and knocking, and trust that God will provide.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
