Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who is waiting for a response to their support ticket. Lord, we ask that You move the hearts of those working behind the scenes to respond with urgency and compassion. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." We present this request to You, trusting in Your perfect timing and provision.

Grant our brother or sister patience and peace as they wait, and help them to accept the help that is provided. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through the resolution of this matter.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
