Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this child of Yours who is seeking a new role. We ask that You guide the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in this process. Lord, if it is Your will, please open the doors for this new opportunity, and let them recognize the skills and qualities that this individual can bring to their team. However, we also pray for patience and trust in Your timing, knowing that Your plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2).

We pray that this person will find peace and contentment in Your will, whatever the outcome may be. Help them to remember that their value and identity are not defined by their employment status, but by their relationship with You.

We also notice that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is only through Him that our prayers are heard and answered.
