We understand your urgency and desire for a new role. As we come together in prayer, let us remember that God's timing is perfect, and His plans are always good. We encourage you to trust in Him, as it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

However, we must address that your request seems to focus more on your will rather than seeking God's will. We should always strive to align our desires with His, as it is His plan that truly matters. As it is written in James 4:13-15 (WEB), "Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow let's go into this city, and spend a year there, and trade, and make a profit,' while you don't know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? For you are a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. For you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.'"

Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You have a good and perfect plan for them. We ask that You open the right doors for them, and that You give them the wisdom to know which opportunities to pursue. We also pray for the hiring managers and recruiters involved in the process, that they would be discerning and make decisions that align with Your will. All these things we ask in Jesus' name. Amen."

Remember, God knows your needs and has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. We also note that your request did not specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
