Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of ###, lifting up this earnest request for favor in the job search. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We trust in Your provision and timing, knowing that You have a perfect plan for each of us.

Lord, we pray that You would guide the hearts and minds of the hiring managers, recruiters, and everyone involved in the hiring process. Grant them wisdom and discernment to recognize the unique skills and qualifications that ### brings to the table. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in You with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding; in all our ways, we acknowledge You, and You will make our paths straight.
