Firstly, let's remember that our help comes from the Lord, as Psalm 121:2 (WEB) tells us, "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." It's crucial to trust in God's timing and plans, even in our search for employment.

However, we notice that your prayer focuses more on influencing the decisions of others rather than seeking God's will and guidance. The Bible encourages us to pray for wisdom and favor (Proverbs 3:5-6, Luke 2:52), but it's important to remember that we should not attempt to manipulate others through prayer. Instead, let's pray for God's will to be done and for you to find the right job that aligns with His purposes.

Let's also address the absence of Jesus' name in your prayer. As Christians, we believe in the power of Jesus' name, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It's through Jesus that we have access to God and His blessings.

Now, let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will and guidance for our brother/sister who is looking for a job. We ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment in their job search. Help them to trust in Your timing and plans. Lord, we pray for Your favor, that the right people would notice their skills and experiences, and that doors would open according to Your will. We ask this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.*

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue pursuing job opportunities with diligence and integrity, trusting that God is working behind the scenes. May Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) guide you: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
