And let's remember 
We understand your desire to secure a job quickly, and we're here to pray with you and offer guidance. First, let's remember that our trust should be in God, who provides our every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
While it's important to express our needs, let's also remember to align our requests with God's will. Rather than trying to influence the hiring managers directly, we should pray that if it's God's will for you to have the job, then His will be done. As Jesus taught us to pray, "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (Matthew 6:10, WEB).
Let's pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for our brother/sister's employment. We ask that You open the right doors and give them favor with potential employers. Help them to trust in Your timing and provisions. If it's Your will for them to have this job, let Your will be done. Give them peace and patience as they wait on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God and trusting in His plan for your life. Remember, God has promised to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Keep pursuing Him and His righteousness, and trust that He will provide for your needs (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
Lastly, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB).
