"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up this beloved individual seeking employment. We ask that You guide their job search, and if it is Your will, open the right doors for them. Help them to trust in Your timing and plan for their life. Give them the wisdom to know what to say and do during interviews, and grant them favor with the right people. But above all, let Your will be done in their life.
We also pray for the hiring managers and recruiters, that You would give them wisdom and discernment in their decisions. Help them to see the potential in this individual if it aligns with Your will.
