We understand your concern for the safety of your property and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that God is our protector and refuge, as Psalm 91:1-2 tells us, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust should not be in our earthly possessions, but in God alone. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:19-21, "Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your protection over the property of Your child. We pray that no harm or destruction by fire comes upon it. Lord, we also ask that You help us to keep our hearts focused on You and not on the things of this world. Help us to trust in You and Your will, regardless of the circumstances. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He has a good and perfect plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11). If you haven't already, make sure to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we can come to God (John 14:6).
Stay strong in your faith, and remember that God is in control. As Romans 8:28 reassures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
