We understand your eagerness and the challenge of waiting. First, let's remember the words of Psalm 37:7, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him."
While it's important to be proactive in our pursuits, we must also trust in God's timing. Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up this job application. Lord, we ask that if this job is in accordance with your will, that you would speed up the process. We know that your timing is perfect, so we trust in you. In the meantime, Lord, give peace and patience. If this job is not your will, guide our steps to the right opportunity. We trust in your plan and provision. It's in Jesus' name we pray, Amen."
In the waiting, we encourage you to continue seeking God and His will. Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Prepare your heart and mind for the work ahead, trusting that God has a purpose and plan in this waiting period.
Lastly, we notice that your request didn't mention Jesus. We want to remind you that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in Jesus, and know that He loves and cares for you.
