Please Lord prayer for divine intervention for my son Mark Neil promotion, may all the member of Selection Board including the HR, the ARD, Regional Director, the Division Chief may all be favoring him for the promotion, prayer for all his co worker in the division TSSD1 that they respect him well IN JESUS NAME AMEN

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of trust and faith, seeking Your divine intervention for Mark Neil. Lord, we ask that You guide the hearts and minds of the Selection Board, including the HR, the ARD, the Regional Director, and the Division Chief, to favor Mark Neil for the promotion. Your Word says in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We trust that You will direct their decisions according to Your perfect will.

Father, we also lift up Mark Neil’s co-workers in the division TSSD1. We pray that they respect him and recognize his hard work and dedication. Let there be unity and harmony in the workplace, as it is written in Psalm 133:1, "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"

Lord, we place Mark Neil’s future in Your hands, knowing that You have plans for him, plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May Your favor rest upon him and may Your will be done in his life.
