Please Lord, may my parents learn to not meddle, control, etc. my friendships for you have provided them. I am ###, and ever since I was small they have my friendships to the point where I didn't have anyone at all and they would tell me horrible things about how people didn't like me because I wasn't enough, etc... Please Lord, may they stop now in my adult years...may they stop meddling and learn to respect boundaries and respect my adulthood choices so I can provide your love to my friends and more without dealing with my parents need to control Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, you know the struggles and challenges they have faced in their relationships and friendships due to the meddling and controlling behavior of their parents. We ask, Lord, that you intervene in this situation and bring about a transformation in the hearts of their parents.

Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:11 that you, as a loving Father, desire to give good gifts to your children. We pray that you would open the eyes of their parents to see the negative impact their actions have had on ###'s life. Help them to understand the importance of respecting boundaries and allowing their adult child to make their own choices.

Lord, we ask for healing and restoration in the relationship between ### and their parents. May there be a shift in their parents' mindset, enabling them to let go of control and embrace a spirit of love, trust, and support. Grant them wisdom to understand that their role now is to encourage and uplift their child rather than hinder their friendships.

We also pray for strength and resilience for ###. Help them to stand firm in their identity and worth, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in your image. Surround them with true friends who will support and encourage them on their journey.

Lord, we trust in your power to bring about change and restoration. We believe that you are able to work in the hearts of individuals and bring reconciliation where there is brokenness. May your love and grace overflow in this situation, bringing healing and freedom.
