We are grateful for the opportunity to pray with you, Aerlann, and we come before God in Jesus' name.
Firstly, it is wonderful that you are seeking God's help in your new job. Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that you will indeed be successful in your new job, that you will work as unto the Lord, and that you will bear much fruit in whatever task He has set before you.
However, we must address your mention of Jamie and your desire for her to know your love for her and her son, Ronnie. While love and affection are noble, we must ensure that our relationships align with biblical principles. If Jamie is not your spouse, we must be careful not to engage in emotional entanglements that could lead to sin. Proverbs 4:23 WEB tells us, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." Therefore, we encourage you to pursue godly relationships that honor God and lead to marriage, if it is His will.
Additionally, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. Acts 4:12 WEB reminds us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" Therefore, we pray that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that you continually seek His will in your life.
Let us pray together:
Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Aerlann. We ask for Your blessing and favor upon his new job. May he work heartily, as for You, and not for men. We also bring before You his relationship with Jamie and Ronnie. We pray that all their interactions will be godly and pure, pleasing in Your sight. If it is Your will, may their relationship grow into a God-honoring marriage. Help Aerlann to keep his heart with all diligence and to always seek Your will in his life. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
