Please Lord, hold ### in your hands and guide her in your ways. Protect her from any dark forces attacking her and help her heal her mental health. May she be able to accept how unstable she is and realize how much she is hurting her family and her employees and get help so she can be better. Please, protect me from the stuff she says and does during her paranoic episodes and mood swings, she can be very harming. Please Lord, may those around her, family, friends and coworkers, realize she needs help and that the stuff she says are not reality. May all of her employees become united instead of being ripped apart because of our boss, ###'s mental issues. May we all become friends and support ### in getting mentally healthy and going to a therapist. May all of the employees see through ###'s paranoia issues and mood swings and realize she needs help. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask that you hold ### in your loving hands and guide her in your ways. We pray for her mental health, that you would bring healing and restoration to her mind. Help her to recognize the instability within herself and the impact it has on her family, employees, and those around her.

Lord, we ask for your protection against any dark forces that may be attacking ###. Shield her from any harm and deliver her from the power of the enemy. We pray that she would come to a place of realization, understanding the pain she is causing to her loved ones and those she works with.

Father, we ask for your intervention in the midst of ###'s paranoid episodes and mood swings. Grant wisdom and discernment to those who interact with her, that they may respond with love and patience. Help them to see beyond her words and actions, recognizing that they do not reflect reality.

Lord, we pray for unity among ###'s employees. May they come together as a supportive community, understanding the challenges she faces and offering their friendship and encouragement. We ask that you open their hearts to the importance of mental health and guide them in supporting ###'s journey towards healing.

Father, we pray that those around ###, including her family, friends, and coworkers, would recognize the need for her to seek professional help. Soften their hearts and remove any stigma or misunderstanding surrounding mental health. Lead ### to the right therapist who can provide the guidance and support she needs.

In the name of Jesus, we declare victory over the stronghold of mental illness in ###'s life. We trust in your power to bring about transformation and restoration. May your love and grace surround her, bringing healing and wholeness.
