We are deeply concerned about Skyler's health and are here to stand with you in prayer and support. Let us remember the words of the Apostle James, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16 WEB)
Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. It is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son. We lift up Skyler to You, asking for Your healing touch upon his body. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort he has been experiencing for the past four months. We ask that You guide the medical professionals to accurately diagnose and treat his recurring throat infection. In the meantime, we ask for Your divine protection over him, guarding him from all evils.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for Skyler's faith to be strengthened during this trial. May he draw closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. We ask for Your peace to fill his heart and mind, casting out all fear and anxiety.
Holy Spirit, we ask that You comfort Skyler and his loved ones during this time. Surround them with Your love and remind them of Your faithfulness.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to remind you that God is always faithful and He hears our prayers. "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the Lord's face is against those who do evil." (1 Peter 3:12 WEB) Trust in Him, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)
If there are any sins hindering Skyler's healing, let us repent and ask for forgiveness, knowing that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
Stay strong in faith and continue to seek God's will in this situation. We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing for Skyler's healing.
