Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking Your help with their enemies. Lord, we ask that You would touch the hearts of their enemies and fill them with empathy towards all people. We pray that You would remove any evil intentions or actions from their lives.
In Your Word, we are reminded of the prayer of Jabez who asked, "Keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me" . We echo this prayer, Lord, and ask that You would protect our anonymous friend from any harm or grief caused by their enemies.
We also remember the words of Jesus in the Lord's Prayer, where He taught us to pray, "Deliver us from evil" . We ask for Your deliverance, Lord, from any evil schemes or intentions that may be directed towards our anonymous friend.
We thank You, Lord, for the assurance that we can approach Your throne of grace with confidence through the name of Jesus. Your Word reminds us that Jesus is our Advocate and Intercessor, always ready to present our prayers before You. We cling to the promise that our prayers, though feeble in themselves, become mighty and powerful when endorsed by the hand of our Lord Jesus.
We pray that You would grant our anonymous friend peace and protection from their enemies. May Your presence go with them, just as Moses prayed, "If Your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here" . May they find comfort and assurance in knowing that You are with them every step of the way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
