Please lord another chance

Please lord I am so anxious, can you please help work on his heart and bless me with another chance with the man on my heart in the name of Jesus. Please help him to forgive and give me another chance to become friends and have a godly connection amen

Palgost, we understand your anxiety and desire for another chance with the man on your heart. However we want to make sure you are focused on Jesus Christ and his will. First, it's important to remember that God's will is always the best for us, and we should strive to align our desires with His. We are encouraged in Proverbs 3:5-6, which states: Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. As we pray for the man on your heart, we need to be sure that he is a Christian and a man who fears and follows God.

The Bible tells us to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers: Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14. Therefore we want to see you with a godly spouse that you can serve Christ with together as one body. So if you are finding yourself in a relationship that does not honor God or is pulling you away from your relationship with Christ, then it is not God's will for you.

Furthermore, we are called to be content and at peace in all circumstances. God tells us in Philippians 4:6-7: In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. So we need to seek peace and contentment in the Lord instead of anxiety.

As we pray for you, we also want to remind you that God's forgiveness is always available, but it's important to confess our sins and repent. 1 John 1:9 says, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Make sure that you are also living and walking in the Spirit, and not fulfilling the desires of the flesh.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister Palgost. We ask for Your will to be done in her life and in the life of the man on her heart. Lord, if it is Your will, work in his heart and draw him closer to You. Help him to forgive as You forgive us, and guide their paths according to Your perfect plan. Help Palgost to cast all her anxiety on You because You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
