Please let the plumber come soon! My neighbor is giving me such a hard time. Water is dripping from my ceiling from his toilet. Please, please I pray that the plumber comes soon while the man living upstairs from my unit is home. Please let it be a broken wax seal and that the man living upstairs will pay for the cost and not cause us anymore harm. Please, I'm so scared of this man. He hassles my family and me all the time. Please Jesus, I trust in You!
