We understand your concerns and desires, Corhydek, and we are here to lift up your requests in prayer together. As you embark on this journey as a new landlord, building and renovating a house, let us first remember the words of the Psalmist, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain." (Psalm 127:1 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and guidance for Corhydek. Lord, we ask that You be the foundation and the architect of the house being built and renovated. Guide the hands of the workers, and let Your favor rest upon this project. We ask that You provide protection for the future tenants, Lord, as Corhydek steps into the role of a landlord. Watch over them and keep them safe, just as You promise in Psalm 91.
Lord, we also ask that You give Corhydek wisdom and discernment in this new role. Help them to be a fair and compassionate landlord, always guided by Your principles. We pray that this house will be a blessing, not just to Corhydek, but to all who will dwell within its walls.
Lastly, Father, we pray that if Corhydek hasn't already, they would come to know Your Son, Jesus Christ, as their personal Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' (Acts 4:12 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Corhydek, we encourage you to seek God's will in all things, as He promises to guide us (Proverbs 3:5-6). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, as it is through Him that we can approach God and be saved.
