Please let every thing turn out okay

Please help me lord everything is out of balance in myblife right now i am just standing still. Lost my job , living at home again.  my girlfriend left me who i love.got into a car accident in some sort of fear to leave my house and do anything. I have been just staying in bed. I feel very scared for my future and like i will not recover . I am trying to stay postive but its very hard.
