Let us pray, Lord help me and give me strength for today's "fasting and prayer"! Let us pray that today's "fasting and prayer" will be entirely according to God's will, and my voice will be heard very loudly before Jesus Christ! Let us pray, that the Lord will hear today my prayers and gratitude, and answer with great power and might! Let us pray that today's "fasting and prayer" will be based on the Living Word of God and powerful - inspired, managed and anointed by the Holy Spirit of God! We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation, lifting up our dear brother ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You have said in Your Word, "Call to Me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known" (Jeremiah 33:3). We stand on this promise today as ### dedicates this day to fasting and prayer before You.
Lord, we ask that You sanctify and bless all of ###'s motives, focus points, prayers, deeds, and behaviors. May each action and thought be a fragrant offering before Jesus Christ. As it is written, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10). We pray that You would cleanse and purify ###, making this day of fasting and prayer a holy and acceptable sacrifice unto You.
Grant strength and endurance to ### during this time of fasting. Your Word says, "But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Lord, let this promise be fulfilled today as ### seeks Your face.
We pray that today's fasting and prayer will be entirely according to Your will, O Lord. Let ###'s voice be heard loudly and clearly before Jesus Christ. As it is written, "The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears toward their cry" (Psalm 34:15). May You, Lord, hear ###'s prayers and gratitude, and answer with great power and might.
We also ask that this day of fasting and prayer be grounded in the Living Word of God, inspired, managed, and anointed by the Holy Spirit. Your Word says, "For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword" (Hebrews 4:12). Let the power of Your Word guide and transform this time of devotion.
Finally, we pray for healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body for ###. By Your wounds, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We declare this healing and freedom in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
