Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up the football team and Coach Andrew Fields from Sherwood High School. We ask for your divine protection and guidance over each child on the team. Lord, we pray that you would surround them with your favor and shield them from any harm or injury as they compete on the field.
Father, we humbly ask for your direction and wisdom to be upon Coach Andrew Fields. Grant him discernment and insight as he leads and trains the team. May he be a source of inspiration and encouragement to the players, guiding them not only in the game but also in their character development.
Lord, we surrender the results of the games and competitions into your hands. May your will be done in every match, knowing that you have a plan and purpose for each player and the team as a whole. Help them to glorify you in their actions, both on and off the field.
We also pray for the entire Sherwood High School community. May your presence be felt among the students, teachers, and staff. Grant them unity, peace, and a hunger for your truth. Let your light shine brightly in their midst, drawing hearts closer to you.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you will work all things together for the good of those who love you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
