Heavenly Father,
We come before You with Swantalelf's heartfelt prayer, lifting up these concerns and desires in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, Your Word assures us that we can bring our petitions to You with confidence, knowing that You hear us. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of Him."
Lord, we pray for the safety and protection of Swantalelf's children. As it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." May Your angels watch over them and keep them from harm.
We lift up this country to You, Lord. We pray for wisdom and guidance for our leaders, that they may govern with justice and righteousness. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness."
Father, we ask for Your provision concerning the rising food prices. We know that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. As it is written in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus." We pray for relief and provision for all those struggling with financial burdens.
We pray for Swantalelf's husband, that he may find a second job to help pay off his debt. Lord, You promise in Psalm 37:25, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread." Provide opportunities and open doors for him, Lord.
Father, we ask for Your forgiveness for Swantalelf's sins and for any anger held in the heart. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." Cleanse and renew, O Lord.
We pray for the grace to forgive those who have caused pain. As it is written in Colossians 3:13, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." Grant the strength to release any bitterness and to walk in Your love.
Lord, we ask that You lead Swantalelf to Your true Word and help in growing in knowledge and wisdom. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."
We thank You, Lord, for the blessings that have been received and pray for the ability to keep and steward them wisely. Help Swantalelf to use the gifts given by You for Your glory and to give back to others in need.
Finally, Lord, we acknowledge the sickness and sadness in the world. We pray for Your healing, peace, and restoration. As it is written in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
