For spiritual warfare, anointing with oil is biblical. "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:14). If no olive oil is available, trust that God honors our faith. Keep praying, He hears us!

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of Ricardo, lifting up this dear brother in Christ who is experiencing fevers and headaches. Your Word tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us. We trust in Your infinite love and compassion, knowing that You are the ultimate healer.
Lord, we ask that You lay Your healing hand upon Ricardo. Please bring relief to the fevers and headaches that he is experiencing. In Jeremiah 30:17, You promise to restore health and heal wounds, and we stand on that promise today. Guide the medical professionals who may be treating Ricardo, giving them wisdom and insight.
We thank You, Lord, that Ricardo is able to eat and sustain his body. We ask that You continue to strengthen him and provide nourishment for his recovery. As it says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We praise You for Your faithfulness and mercy.
Father, we also ask for peace and comfort for Ricardo during this time. In Philippians 4:6-7, we are reminded not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to You. And Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May Ricardo feel Your presence and peace surrounding him now.
We pray all these things in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
