When you wake up, tell yourself “God loves me and I love everyone “ fill your head with beautiful, loving, kind, soft things. When you think negative, you will always be mad. Forgive people in your heart, then release them. Let God take care of them, and He will!Please Jesus, take my anger, toxic thoughts and thoughts of payback from me. Help me forgive my enemies. Please, soften my heart and keep me happy and loving as I know I am behind all the hurt. Amen
