We understand your heart's cry for competence and to be free from rebuke. We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as He is our mediator and the path to God's presence (1 Timothy 2:5, John 14:6).
Let's pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your divine guidance and strength. Help our dear one to grow in competence and complete their tasks with excellence, as Your Word instructs us to do all things heartily, as unto You (Colossians 3:23). Shield them from unnecessary scolding, and help them to learn and grow from any constructive criticism. Lord, Your Word also says that we should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger (James 1:19). Help our dear one to cultivate these qualities, that they may grow in wisdom and humility. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it's not about being perfect, but about growing in competence and character. Even when we face correction, we should receive it humbly, as it can lead to our betterment (Proverbs 15:32).
Lastly, always hold onto the promise that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13). Keep praying and trusting in Jesus, and He will guide your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).
