Dear Lord Jesus,
We come to you today in prayer on behalf of ###. We ask that you take away the pain and suffering they have endured and bring them home to you. We pray that you will provide them with peace and comfort in their time of need and that you will surround them with your love and grace. We ask that you give them strength to carry on and that you will guide them in their journey. We thank you for your mercy and your grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
