Heavenly Father, we come before You in the Name of Jesus to ask for Your forgiveness on behalf of ###. We ask for Your mercy and grace to cover them and wash away all their sins, including their addiction. We ask that You help them to overcome all their issues and provide them with the strength and courage to overcome their struggles. We ask that You bless them with Your peace and comfort and that You would surround them with Your love and protection.
