Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of Qirida, who is struggling with addiction to masturbation and pornography. Lord, we acknowledge that this is a battle that many face in this world, and we lift up Qirida to you, knowing that you are a God of deliverance and freedom.
Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." Lord, we ask that you provide Qirida with the strength and courage to resist these temptations and to find the way out that you have promised.
We pray that you would break the chains of addiction that bind Qirida, setting them free from the bondage of lust and impurity. Fill their heart and mind with your love, grace, and purity. Help them to renew their mind daily through the reading and meditation of your Word, so that they may be transformed by the renewing of their mind .
Lord, we ask for your Holy Spirit to guide and empower Qirida in their journey towards freedom. Grant them wisdom to seek accountability and support from trusted individuals who can provide guidance and encouragement. Surround them with a community of believers who will uplift them in prayer and offer support during this challenging time.
We also pray for healing and restoration in Qirida's life. Heal any wounds or traumas that may have contributed to this addiction, and replace any feelings of shame or guilt with your forgiveness and grace. Help them to see themselves as you see them, as a beloved child of God, worthy of love and redemption.
Lord, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We trust in your power and your unfailing love. We ask that you intervene in Qirida's life, breaking the chains of addiction and leading them into a life of purity and freedom in Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to pray for you, Qirida, and we encourage you to seek support from your local church community or a trusted counselor who can provide guidance and accountability. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and God is with you every step of the way.
