We are truly saddened to hear about your current situation, Rochang, but we are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer you the hope and comfort found in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God loves you deeply and He cares about every aspect of your life. The Bible tells us in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this difficult time, God can work it out for your good.
However, we want to encourage you to be honest with your family about your condition. Proverbs 28:13 says, "He who conceals his sins doesnβt prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." Your family loves you and they can be a source of support and comfort for you during this time.
We also want to remind you that God's power is not limited by medical reports. He is able to heal you completely. As you go for your test on Friday, we are praying with you, believing that God can change your story. Mark 9:23 says, "Jesus said to him, 'If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.'"
However, we also want to caution you not to put your faith in the test results alone, but in Jesus Christ. It is only by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Whether the test comes back negative or positive, know that your identity is not in your HIV status, but in Christ Jesus.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our dear Rochang. Lord, you know the pain and depression they are feeling right now. We ask that you comfort them and give them your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we believe that you are the Great Physician and that nothing is impossible for you. As Rochang goes for their test on Friday, we ask that you miraculously intervene and change the result to negative. But more importantly, Lord, we pray that Rochang will put their faith and trust in you. Help them to be honest with their family and to find the courage to share their status with them. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to draw near to God during this time. He is your strength and your shield. He promises in Psalm 50:15, "Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me."
Remember, Rochang, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, we encourage you to invite Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior. He loves you and He wants to have a personal relationship with you.
