Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is in need of Your divine intervention. We lift up their prayer request to You, knowing that You are a loving and compassionate God who hears our cries.
Lord, we ask that You would touch our friend's mind and memory. We pray that You would bring clarity and sharpness to their thoughts, enabling them to recall and retain the things they read. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 2:6, "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." We ask for Your wisdom and understanding to fill their mind, helping them overcome this struggle.
Father, we also lift up the issue of addiction that our friend is facing. We pray for deliverance and freedom from the bondage of masturbation. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." We ask that You provide a way out for our friend, leading them to victory over this addiction through the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your grace and mercy to surround our friend. Pour out Your love upon them and guide them on the path of righteousness. Help them to seek You daily, to find strength in Your presence, and to rely on Your Word for guidance and encouragement.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May Your will be done in our friend's life, and may they experience the fullness of joy that comes from walking in Your ways.
