Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Muleara, who is in desperate need of your intervention. Lord, we lift up Muleara's anxiety and deep depression to you. We ask that you would bring peace to their troubled mind and comfort to their weary soul. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over Muleara's life right now, Lord.

Father, we acknowledge that we all make mistakes and fall short of your glory. We thank you for the gift of repentance and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. We pray that Muleara would experience the fullness of your forgiveness and grace. Your Word assures us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." May Muleara find solace in knowing that you are a loving and merciful God who forgives and restores.

Lord, we cry out for a miracle in Muleara's life. We ask that you would intervene in their circumstances and bring about a transformation. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We pray that you would replace their pain and despair with hope and a renewed sense of purpose. Help them to see that their past does not define them, but that they are a new creation in Christ Jesus .

Lastly, Lord, we lift up Muleara's current struggle and the thoughts of self-harm. We rebuke the enemy's lies and schemes in the name of Jesus. We pray for your divine protection over Muleara's life and mind. Surround them with your love and peace, and provide them with the support and help they need. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim this promise over Muleara's life, knowing that you are near to the brokenhearted and that you will deliver them from their troubles.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. First of all God is not holding anything against you. In fact, He made a way for you to walk in freedom. WE are the ones who beat ourselves up for past mistakes and we become anxious and depressed because we can't forgive ourselves. God has already forgiven you, He simply wants you to see yourself in a different light, His light. Forgive yourself, recognize that ok, I made mistakes, I am not going to allow them to direct my life, because if God has forgiven me, what right do I have to not forgive me. So I choose to forgive me, and I thank you God that you have given me a new beginning, and I choose to allow your joy and peace to be my path. I choose to let go of whatever stops me from living a fulfilled life. I choose to think differently, to see life differently. You fearfully and wonderfully made me and so I choose life.
And instead of meditating on mistakes, be thankful that God has already forgiven you, and it's time for you to forgive you. And forgive whoever and speak peace and harmony into their lives, and again, receive God's peace because it's already in you.

You are forgiven. The miracle is you are in Christ, and He is in you.

This portion is from a guy who wrote a book about emotional healing and so here are the steps he gives:

There are three parties involved.
They hurt you by their actions & they sinned against God.
Their sin against God isn't your concern. It's between them and God.
The emotional wound they caused by their actions is what you must deal with.

Two issues must be addressed:
1) Forgiving the other person.
2) Asking God to heal the wound in your soul.
When we struggle with forgiving someone, it's because we haven't been healed of the wound in our soul.
Once we're healed, forgiving them is easy.

Steps for Emotional Healing:
Think of an event that causes you to feel a negative emotion. Identify the emotion you feel. Ask Jesus to take the emotion from you. Ask him to heal the wound in your soul. Tell him you receive his healing.

Recall the same event and see if a negative emotion is present. If there is one, repeat the steps. Ask Jesus to take the emotion and heal the wound in your soul.

If you can't recall an event, ask Jesus to take the emotion you feel and heal the wound in your soul. Repeat as needed.

Emotional Healing and Being Triggered
We are all ready for emotional healing at different times in our lives.
Some people are numb to negative emotions.
Others feel shame, guilt, anger, fear, anxiety, hopelessness, despair, rejection and sadness every day.
If you feel these emotions, there's a good chance God is stirring them up intentionally.
Wait a second... are you saying that God might intentionally trigger our emotions?
Yes.
Negative emotions and painful memories.
He wants to heal the wounds in your soul and remove the negative emotions for good.
So, he stirs them up and then says: "Why not let me have them, I did pay for them?

Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows;
Isa 53:4
