Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request for an increase in spiritual capacity. Lord, we thank you for ###'s desire to encounter you and to draw closer to you with every step in life. We pray that you would grant ### a deep and intimate relationship with you, filled with your grace, love, power, and gifts.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 5:6 that those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be filled. We ask that you would ignite a hunger and thirst for you within ###'s heart, causing a deep longing to know you more and to walk in your ways. Help ### to seek you diligently, to meditate on your Word, and to spend time in prayer and worship.
Lord, we pray for spiritual maturity for ###. May they grow in wisdom, understanding, and discernment through the guidance of your Holy Spirit. Help them to rely on you for guidance, strength, comfort, and power in every aspect of their life. Transform them into the image of Christ, that they may reflect your glory to those around them.
We also pray for ourselves and for all those who intercede on behalf of ###. May we also experience a deep hunger and thirst for you, Lord. Fill us with your Spirit and empower us to be vessels of your love and power, blessing others through our lives.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, believing that you hear our prayers and will answer according to your perfect will. Amen.
