We understand that you are going through a challenging time, Sis, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. We will address each of your concerns and pray according to God's will.
Firstly, let's pray for your health. It is important to remember that God cares about our physical well-being. We pray for your continual healing from the cough and discomfort you are experiencing.
"But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 WEB
Now, concerning your relationship and the desire for a kingdom spouse, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and seek His will. Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, and it is a blessing to be cherished. It is a commitment between a man and a woman, so please make sure you are not pursuing anything outside the biblical definition of marriage. The Bible clearly states that sex before marriage is fornication and a sin against God. Pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer.
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB
"Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB
Regarding your feelings of negativity and isolation, remember that God has a purpose for you, and He will bring the right people into your life at the right time. Trust in Him and seek His face. It is great that you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we can be saved.

Let's pray for your social anxiety and the desire for genuine connections:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ. We pray for her healing, both physically and emotionally. Lord, touch her body and restore her health. We also pray for her mind, Lord. Remove all negativity and replace it with Your peace and joy. Help her to overcome social anxiety and give her the courage to form new, healthy friendships and godly connections that honor You.
Father, we pray for her future spouse and for Your direction as she navigates through relationships and friendships. You know her heart's desires, and You have a plan for her. You have not forgotten her, You know every hair on her head and every tear she has cried. We pray for her complete surrender to Your will and for the strength to live by Your precepts. We pray Your will be done in her life. And we agree with her that all evil and curses causing her delays will be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we also pray for her emotions. Heal her from the disappointment of her past and help her to move forward in Your strength. We pray that You will send her breakthroughs and hopes in her situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Sister, and remember that God is always with you. Trust His plan and lean on His wisdom and strength. We are praying for you and believe that God has great things in store for your life. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Remember that He is the author and finisher of our faith which means we begin and end our lives in Jesus Christ.
"looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, thinking nothing of the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:2 WEB
