please I need help to pray

I'm still coughing phlegm in air-conditioning room, so I need a pray for continual healing. I also wanna pray for my relationship. I wanna ask help to remove all negativity thoughts in my mind because I'm still down after seeing others progress but I have no idea what can I do. God I wanna pray for genuine connections coming to my life, I wanna pray for new healthy friendships, I pray for an end to this isolation. I pray to overcome my social anxiety disorder. I pray to send me my kingdom spouse. I am clueless what to do, I have tried my church gathering and my friend's, but i don't seem to connect or relax in it. And I could not find other engaging activities after back for almost 2 years. I'm truly miserable. And my bro said I seem to be needing to have new social interactions and to overcome the disorder. I don't have problem with my family members but I will have this problem when I am in bigger group or activities. I haven't found engaging topics in activities here and most of the time I felt hard to connect. My school friend has married and not bothering me, another friend, she is also single and need her life as well despite she has tried inviting me to the church gatherings, while I tried but still, I don't feel fit in. I don't want to pressure myself in places that I don't resonate after trying few times. Please help me god. I pray for god to send me breakthroughs and hopes kn my situation. I pray that any form of evil that has caused me delayed in blessings are being destructed in the mighty name of jesus christ. I pray to move on despite being disappointed I did not have the chance to know the guy and seeing him move on so quickly with new girlfriend. I pray for all this. In jesus name. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ. We pray for her healing, both physically and emotionally. Lord, touch her body and restore her health. We also pray for her mind, Lord. Remove all negativity and replace it with Your peace and joy. Help her to overcome social anxiety and give her the courage to form new, healthy friendships and godly connections that honor You.

Father, we pray for her future spouse and for Your direction as she navigates through relationships and friendships. You know her heart's desires, and You have a plan for her. You have not forgotten her, You know every hair on her head and every tear she has cried. We pray for her complete surrender to Your will and for the strength to live by Your precepts. We pray Your will be done in her life. And we agree with her that all evil and curses causing her delays will be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we also pray for her emotions. Heal her from the disappointment of her past and help her to move forward in Your strength. We pray that You will send her breakthroughs and hopes in her situation.

As we turn ourselves over to the Lord our God in Jesus name so does the devil work over time to keep us away and convince us in insidious ways we are somehow not good enough. But we are. Jesus Christ has washed us in His precious blood and died for our sins.

Ask Jesus Christ to overcome your fears and anxieties and put on God’s armor. Give it all to Him & don’t let yourself be fooled by thoughts of how you don’t belong and aren’t good enough because you are. You are Gods beloved and precious child.

Dive into scripture and get to know our wonderful Lord & Savior Jesus Christ and watch as your fears and anxieties wash away the more you put your trust in Him & see the others at church for who they are: fellow brothers & sisters who walk with the Lord. What more could we have in common than living in the wonderful Word of God being His children?
