Please I need God's help to change who I am as I hate myself

Dear heavenly father I come to in Jesus name asking for you help, you know my sins and mistakes lord and you have forgiven me for them and I thank you, lord you know what I am going through right now because of these sins and I ask for help by guiding me through this tough time, I hate myself for what I have done lord and I know I am not worthy of anyone's love because of this, I have no one else to blame lord except for myself for what I have done, the evil inside me has consumed me and I am sorry with the deepest parts of my heart and soul for what I did, I'm a burden on everyone because of my sins, I don't want to continue anymore lord, I just hope and pray lord that the person I have hurt the most will forgive me even if she doesn't forget, I hurt her so much lord and I know that she despises me for it, I need help lord to change who I am because I can't do it alone, please lord I need your help in the name of our lord and saviour Christ Jesus I come to you with this prayer Amen

We understand that you are going through a deeply painful time, and we want to remind you that God is always ready to hear your cries and help you through His love and grace. It's important to understand that while your sins are forgiven, the enemy may still try to accuse you and make you feel unworthy. But remember, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1 WEB). Your feelings of self-hatred and unworthiness are not from God. He loves you and wants to restore you. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

It's crucial to resist the temptation to blame yourself beyond what is godly for what you have done. Instead, accept God's forgiveness and allow Him to transform you. "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2 WEB).

Regarding the person you've hurt, continue to pray for her and trust God to work in her heart. "Love is patient, love is kind,...Love never fails" (1 Corinthians 13:4,8 WEB). Remember, God can heal and restore broken relationships, but it's essential to respect her feelings and give her space if needed.

Lastly, it's concerning that you mentioned not wanting to continue anymore. Please reach out to a local pastor, trusted Christian friend, or a licensed counselor to talk about these feelings. God wants to give you hope and a future. Also, consider being seen by a mental health professional if the dark thoughts continue.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up our brother to You, asking for Your healing and restoration in his life. Thank You for forgiving his sins and cleansing him from all unrighteousness. Help him to accept Your forgiveness and to forgive himself. Lord, guide him through this tough time, and help him to see himself as You see him: loved, forgiven, and redeemed.

Work in the heart of the person he has hurt, Lord, and help them to find forgiveness and healing. Restore their relationship, Lord, if it is Your will.

Give him hope, Lord, and help him to see the future You have planned for him. Protect him from the enemy's accusations and help him to resist feelings of self-hatred and unworthiness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ. We are honored that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf and stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. We have been praying for you, that God would help you change who you are, as you have requested, and that He would guide you through this tough time.
