We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles of your daughter Chloé. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement and guidance.
Firstly, we acknowledge your heartfelt cry for your daughter. Remember the words of our Savior Jesus Christ who is our hope in all circumstances. "If you will ask whatever you desire in my name, you shall have it." John 14:14 (WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Your faith in Jesus is evident in your plea.
We are called to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). You have done well by bringing your concerns to the Lord. We also encourage you to be steadfast in prayer and to trust in the Lord's timing and methods. "Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and request with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 (WEB).
Regarding your daughter's addictions, it is clear that she is attempting to numb her pain. However self medication is not the answer.
Weed, alcohol, and kratom are all intoxicants that can alter the mind and open the door to greater spiritual influences, and they should be avoided.
The Bible tells us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." 1 Peter 5:8 (WEB).
Chloé has had a difficult journey, surrounded by people who have used her and influenced her negatively. It is crucial to pray for God to place positive influences in her life, people who will encourage her in her faith and help her to walk in the paths of righteousness.
"Do not be deceived. 'Evil companionships corrruput good morals.'" 1 Corinthians 15:33 (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Chloé and her mother to You. Lord, You know the struggles they face, and You are the only one who can bring true healing and restoration, and save Chloe from her addictions of kratom and weed. Father, we ask that You would deliver Chloé from her addictions and from ungodly influences and heal her from her pain. Surround her with Godly friends and mentors who will support her walking with You Lord. Please give her the strength to overcome her addictions and to live a life that honors You. Lord, we pray for Your comfort and peace to fill their hearts and minds. Father please give them the faith to believe that all things are possible to those that believe in the name of Jesus, for there is salvation, deliverance, and healing in no other name.
Please give Chloé a new mind and a new heart for You, Jesus. Help her to believe that You have a plan and a purpose for her life, and that You are working all things together for her good, and to save her from her spiritual road to destruction.
And Father, we also lift up Chloé's mother. We know that she carries a heavy burden for her daughter. We ask that You would give her strength, peace, and hope. Help her to trust in You and to rest in Your promises.
We believe in the power of prayer and we trust in Your faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus.
For it is written, "If we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." 1 John 5:14,15 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember that God is faithful. He loves Chloé even more than you do, and He desires for her to walk in freedom and abundant life. Trust in Him, and continue to stand firm in your faith.
"But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves." James 1:22 (WEB).
