Firstly, let's address the lack of motivation. In 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, it is written:
For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
We need to take control of our procrastination and lack of motivation. It's normal to feel overwhelmed or unmotivated when facing tasks, but these are feelings that need to be addressed and dealt with. It is important to remember that God provides the strength we need to overcome challenges. As it says in Philippians 4:13 WEB:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this individual who is struggling to find the motivation to start and complete their assignment. We pray that You would remind them of the spirit of power, love, and self-control that You have given them. Help them to overcome any feelings of overwhelm or apathy, and grant them the strength and focus needed to complete their work.
We pray this in Jesus' name knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to You. We need to believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior to be able to gain access to You. If we do, then we can ask for these things.
Lord, we also pray for their success, that they would not only find the motivation to start but also the wisdom and dedication to complete their assignment to the best of their abilities. Help them to rely on You for guidance and perseverance.
We ask all of these things in Jesus' name knowing that faith is believing that You are and that You reward those who diligently seek You. Lord, we ask that You help unbelievers become believers so that they can seek You and be rewarded.

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when the will is willing but the spirit is weak. Let's remember together that God didn't give us a spirit of fear or timidity, but one of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Let's claim that power today, shall we?

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
