Please help protect my relationship

My girlfriend is being influenced by another man trying to sway her from me. He is using everything he knows she loves to sway her over and has been successful in getting her attention to meet at a bar to dance. I unfortunately fractured my pelvis and femur therefore cannot take her dancing and the strain of medical bills is hindering our going out.
I am a good person and care for her as well as take care of her, I still try to do things for her in spite of my pain but I fear I am losing her to him.
