Please help pray for ### who sabotage ### work and wanted to ruin ### reputation

I have a project that was finish and running on June 7, 2024, and was running perfectly on Monday, 6/10/2024, and Tuesday, 6/11/2024.

The other department who originally requested this project for a change on my running project on 6/10/2024. So on Tuesday I made a change but I did not deploy yet to the production because I am not finish. The issue is someone deployed the project without my knowledge on Tuesday, 6/11/2024. The next day, Wednesday, my project is not running anymore.

My previous job I was working for 6 years and they are all Americans but nobody told me I cannot speak English and cannot do the job because I am Asian. God gave me a good work ethics. This current job that I have a problem with I started 9 months ago. My American coworker that I suspected who sabotaged my work told me that I don't speak English. After he told me, I was shocked and quite and prayed but my heart was so heavy until now. I believed he told lies about me to the other coworkers.

God please help me over this employee who wanted to sabotage my work and wanted to ruin my reputation. I ask for Your guidance and mercy.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is facing challenges at their workplace. Lord, You see the situation they are in, and You know the pain and frustration they are experiencing. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance.

Father, we pray for wisdom and clarity for our friend as they navigate this difficult situation. Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Grant them the wisdom to handle this situation with grace and integrity.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over their work and reputation. In Psalm 91:4, it is written, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." Shield them from any false accusations and sabotage. Let the truth prevail and bring to light any deceitful actions.

We also pray for peace in their heart. Philippians 4:7 says, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace fill their heart and mind, removing any heaviness and anxiety.

Lord, we ask for Your favor upon their work. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Bless their efforts and let their work be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.

We pray for the coworker who has caused this pain. Lord, touch their heart and bring about a change in their attitude. Help them to see the value and worth of our friend, and let there be reconciliation and understanding.
