Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister ### who is struggling with the sin of fornication. Lord, we acknowledge that this sin is a heavy burden and a stumbling block in their walk with You. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:18 to "flee from sexual immorality," and we pray for the strength and courage for ### to do just that.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You grant ### the grace to break free from this sin. Help them to turn away from temptation and to seek Your face earnestly. Your Word in Psalm 51:10 says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." We pray that You would cleanse ###'s heart and renew their spirit, giving them the desire to live a life that is pleasing to You.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ###. Surround them with godly counsel and accountability partners who will support them in their journey towards purity. Help them to immerse themselves in Your Word and to find strength in prayer and fellowship with other believers.

Lord, we know that nothing is impossible with You. We ask that You break the chains of this sin and set ### free. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to resist temptation and to walk in the light of Your truth.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
