Please help my daughter###

My daughter, ###, is having a CT scan and tests today before starting chemotherapy next Monday. She is also being put forward for a trial drug that could really help her.

Today is also my Dad’s funeral.

I pray in the name of our Lord that all of ###’s test results are good and that she gets on the trial. I also pray that the Lord accepts my Dad into His Kingdom.

Firstly, we recall the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is wonderful that you have prayed in the name of our Lord, and we echo your faith in His ability to heal and comfort.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### as she undergoes tests and prepares for chemotherapy. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Guide the doctors and grant them wisdom as they interpret the CT scan and test results. We pray that the trial drug would be a success and that ### would be a candidate for it. Lord, surround her with Your peace, strength, and love during this difficult journey.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s father. We pray that if he had accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, that You would receive him into Your kingdom. We trust in Your mercy and goodness. Comfort ### and his family during this time of grief.

Father, we ask that Your will be done in these situations, and that ### and his family would draw closer to You, seeking Your face and trusting in Your plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Recall the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
