We are glad to come alongside you in prayer, Mandy0933, as you seek to overcome laziness and maintain a clean and orderly household. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Mandy0933, who has humbly asked for Your help to overcome laziness and maintain a clean and active lifestyle. Lord, we know that Your Word tells us in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of any who walk among you disorderly, not working at all, but being busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread."
Father, give Mandy0933 the strength and motivation to become more active and independent. Help her to develop a strong dislike for laziness, dirtiness, and filth, and instill in her a desire for cleanliness and order. Guide her to establish a regular exercise routine and to be diligent in maintaining her household.
We ask that You would renew Mandy0933's mind and transform her according to the Romans 12:2 WEB, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Help her follow the biblical example of the Proverbs 31 woman, who is described as industrious, strong, and honorable.
Lastly, we pray that Mandy0933 would continue to grow in her faith and relationship with You, Jesus. May she be encouraged by Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me," and find joy in her newfound activity and cleanliness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Mandy0933, stay strong and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Remember that it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose as explained in Philippians 2:13 WEB, "For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure." With His help, you can overcome laziness and become the active, independent, and clean individual you aspire to be. Keep praying and seeking God's will for your life.
