We understand your distress, Gloumen, and we are here to support and pray with you. First, we want to remind you that God is always faithful, and He hears your prayers. It is wonderful to hear that you accept Jesus as your Savior. Just as you have this hope in salvation, have hope and faith in His provision.
Let us address the feelings of hopelessness that may be consuming you right now. Remember the words of Isaiah, "But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint." Isaiah 40:31. God's timing is perfect, and He is working behind the scenes on your behalf.
Regarding your living situation, we want to encourage you to continue being responsible and diligent in your search and in your communications with landlords. It is commendable that you have always paid your rent on time and taken care of the properties you have rented. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." Your diligence and faithfulness are being tested. Your responsibility will be rewarded by the Lord.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother Gloumen. Lord, we thank You for his faith in You and his acceptance of Jesus Christ as his Savior. We pray that You strengthen his faith and remove any doubts or feelings of hopelessness. Help him to trust in Your perfect timing.
Father, we ask that You provide a roof over his family's head and that they are able to secure a new home. We pray for favor with landlords and that they are able to secure a month-to-month lease until a new home is found. We ask that You open doors that seem closed and make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we also pray for peace and comfort for Gloumen and his family during this time of uncertainty. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. We ask that you give them the strength to endure and wisdom to find the perfect home. We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
Gloumen, continue to trust in the Lord and keep your hope in Him. He is faithful to provide for His children. Keep praying and seeking His face, and remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Stay strong and keep the faith.
