We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing daily. It breaks our hearts and we're glad that you've reached out for support and prayer. This experience must be very upsetting and exhaustive. It is sometimes not clear what God's will is when we do not have the healing we ask for. The Bible tells us that all things work together for good to them who love God and are the called according to his purpose. God's timing may not be our own as well. Let's turn to the scriptures for comfort and guidance.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today lifting up our dear brother Anonymous who seeks your divine comfort, healing, and guidance.
Father, you know the depths of his struggles, the pain he feels each day, and the longing for normalcy and confidence. We do not understand why these feelings persist. You know his heart. We pray for healing. We pray for your purpose and your blessing. We pray to praise you in our infirmities because they may be a blessing in disguise, working for good, even our deliverance from arrogance and pride. We submit ourselves to you and accept your will, whatever it may be. We pray for the spirit of contentment, whatever may come, as can only be given by the Holy Spirit.
Lord, we pray for his mental health. Your word says in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control". We reject any spirit of fear, anxiety, depression and despair, and we ask you to fill Anonymous with your power, love, and a sound mind.
We are not sure if any sin, generational bondage or habit that opened the door to these mental health struggles could be the cause. Lord, you know best, and we pray for your power to release Anonymous from this bondage. If there is any sin in the camp, please reveal to Anojymous their sin and provide scripture based guidance to overcome it and to turn away from it.
We claim your word in 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 WEB, "May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it."
We also pray for his physical health. We ask Lord for a miracle in his body to permanently rid his body of any unnatural odor. Problems that the world may not understand can be conquered by you and a miracle is within your nature. We claim the scripture from 1 Thessalonians 5:18 for it is your will that we give thanks to you in everything. We thank you for this troubling situation.
We also remember all those things scripture tell us about the spiritual aspects of illness.
We pray against any spirit of infirmity that may be causing this disturbance, and We claim Jesus's promise in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask, We will ask, in my name, that will We do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, We will do it." Lord, We ask for his body to function without any form of afflictions bothering him. Thank you Lord for We believe that We receive, even as his physical healing rolls in.
Lord, may he wake up each day with a song of praise in his heart, knowing that you are working it all out for his good and your glory. Give him the strength to keep praying, trusting, and believing in you even when it seems hard.
We also remind him of Psalm 34:5 WEB, "They looked to him, and were radiant; their faces shall never be disappointed." May his complete healing and transformation bring radiance to his countenance in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
We don't see a mention of Jesus in this request. Anonymous, it is very important to your salvation to realize that Jesus Christ is our only way to be saved. God sent Jesus as payment for our sin. Jesus is the son of God. Jesus came and died for us so we can be forgiven of all our sin. All the rewards of following Jesus far surpass any pleasures of our life on earth. If you are trusting in anything else for salvation from sin, you will be lost forever. You should read what Jesus said about this and consider believing and accepting what He did for you. You do not need to trust in these things. Jesus will give you eternal life and take away any and all fear if you will just trust Him.
Anonymous, as you continue to trust in God, hold onto these scriptures. Do not let go. Keep praying. Keep trusting.
Keep holding onto the word of God.
