I can't take the lack of sleep, physical pain and mental torture any more or all the bad things that are happening I have had enough! Please Jesus help me. I can't take any more suffering. I am frightened.

Elizabeth, we understand that you're going through a tremendous amount of suffering right now, and our hearts go out to you. We're here to pray and offer some guidance based on the Word of God.
Firstly, we want to assure you that you're not alone in your struggles. God is with you, and He cares deeply about your suffering. We are also encouraged that you have cried out to Jesus. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us.
Peter 5:7: "Cast all your anxieties on him because he cares for you." (WEB)
However, we want to remind you that God's plan for your life might not always be to remove the suffering but to give you the strength to endure it and use it for His glory. As the Apostle Paul said,
2 Corinthians 12:9-10: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong." (WEB)
Regarding your fear, the Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7: "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind." (WEB)
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up our dear sister ###. Lord, you know her struggles, her pain, and her fears. We pray that you would grant her your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask for your healing touch on her body, mind, and spirit. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you and to trust in your goodness and faithfulness. Help her to embrace your strength in her weakness and to know that you are always with her, even in her darkest hours. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear and ask that you would fill her with your spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. We also pray that you would work all things together for her good and your glory.
###, we encourage you to hold onto God's promises and to trust in His unfailing love for you. We pray for your strength and endurance and believe that God will carry you through this difficult time.
Remember, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."

God loves you, do not be afraid, cry out to Him and trust Him, for as long as you’ve surrendered your life to Him, He has given His angels charge over you. Trust that your Heavenly Father sees and protects you and ask Him what He would have you do (if anything) to end the struggle, He will answer you. We pray for peace and divine intervention in your life today in the mighty name of Jesus, amen

I have asked God whether I am doing anything to block my healing and have been crying out for years and there is just silence
