Anonymous, we understand your struggle and desire for clarity in this relationship. Let us first turn to God's Word for guidance. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, the WEB says, "Donβt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
This verse reminds us of the importance of being aligned in our beliefs and values with those we pursue relationships with. The extreme push and pull you're experiencing, along with the fact that you've never met, suggests that this relationship may not be as godly or stable as it could be.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, seeking your will for Anonymous and this relationship. Lord, if this woman is your will for him, we pray that you would make a way for them to meet and build a godly relationship founded on your principles. If she is not, we pray that you would give Anonymous the strength to let go and trust in your plan for his life.
Lord, we also pray for clarity and discernment. Help Anonymous to see if this relationship is pushing him closer to you or pulling him away. Give him the wisdom to know what to do and the courage to do it.
In the meantime, Father, help Anonymous to fix his eyes on you. Remind him that you have a plan and a purpose for his life, and that your ways are higher than our ways. Comfort him in this time of confusion and help him to trust in you.
Finally, Lord, we pray that Anonymous would remember the importance of your name, Jesus. It is in your name that we have access to God, and it is in your name that we are saved. Help him to keep you at the center of his life and his relationships. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Anonymous, we encourage you to take this time to really seek God's will for your life. Remember, God wants the best for you, and his plans are always good. Trust in him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). If this relationship is causing more harm than good, it may be time to reevaluate and refocus on your relationship with Christ. He is the only one who can truly satisfy the longings of your heart.
