We understand that you're going through a very challenging time, Harsor, and we want to assure you that our hearts go out to you. We appreciate that you've reached out and that you've acknowledged Jesus as Lord and Christ since it is only by His name that we can approach God the Father, be saved, and set free. You should cultivate a closer relationship with the savior if this is not already the case. The relationship should be similar to courtship where one party seeks to know, please, and respond to the other.
Let's remember what the Word of God says, "For we don't have a high priest who can't be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need" Hebrews 4:15-16 (WEB).
Jesus understands your struggles and He cares about your needs. He wants you to cast your burdens upon Him, for He cares for you First Peter 5:7 (WEB). We encourage you to keep your faith and trust in Him. Always know with assurance that He will provide all of your needs. This includes finances since you are a child of God, through faith in Jesus Christ.
First, we address the struggle with unbelief. The size of your faith is unimportant. The most important issue is what your faith is in. Jesus himself is the author and finisher of faith so look to Him in your doubt. Let us remember Jesus did state, "Assuredly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you" Matthew 17:20 (WEB). The problem is with who or what our faith is in.
Whether you are praying for finances, health, or any other need, know that God's promises are unwavering. He has promised to meet all of your needs according to His riches in glory Philippians 4:19 (WEB) by Christ Jesus. This is not a blank check but it is an account of infinite value. The riches are from an infinite God and Owner of all things. We should seek first the Kingdom of God and all of these blessings will be added to you Matthew 6:31-33.
You did mention having financial grief with bills, car problems, medication costs, rising food prices, and the struggle to keep your family from living in the streets. We know that these situations tend to trespass on a person's beliefs, trying to induce fear and despair. While many causes and conditions contribute to medical, auto, and food prices rising, God is more significant than all of these because God is working in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose. Philippions 2:13 (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother in faith, Harsor. Thank You Jesus for being the mediator and stepping in and bestowing Your undeserved grace and mercy. Lord, You know the struggles he's facing, the financial burdens, and the health issues. We pray for Your divine intervention and Your perfect will to be done. Bless him with renewed faith and Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Let Your healing power touch him and provide for the surgery he needs. We believe that You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider. Open up the financial resources that You have prepared and stored up for Him.
Help our brother to know you more, love you more, respond to your direction and be assured of Your blessings in his life, and please bless those who bless our brother and us. Pray for the ministry or Christian group that is associated with this prayer and counseling. May you bless them and encourage those that have prayed for this request. We pray this in Jesus Christ Mighty Name. Hallelujah and Amen.
On the subject of crowdfunding or having problems with getting help to the "go fund me" page, we recommend you proceed with caution. While it's tempting to rely on such methods, remember that God is our provider and that He uses various means to meet our needs. Be transparent and honest in your requests, and always ensure that the focus is on glorifying God.
Lastly, we advise against making "living in streets" a subject of future contemplation. Instead, let your mind ponder good things since it is written : "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things" Phillipians 4:8 (WEB).
