Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up Glamale and James in prayer. Lord, Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 that "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." We ask that this kind of love would fill the hearts of Glamale and James, bringing peace and understanding to their relationship.
Father, we know that You are a God of restoration and reconciliation. In Colossians 3:13, Your Word reminds us to "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." Help Glamale and James to forgive each other, to let go of past hurts, and to move forward with grace and compassion.
Lord, we ask that You be at the center of their relationship. In Proverbs 3:5-6, it is written, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Guide them, Father, in every step they take together. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your wisdom in all their decisions.
We pray for peace to replace the tension between them. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for the work You are doing in their lives. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
