Firstly, we must acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord, as it is stated in Psalm 121:2, "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." It is essential to align our desires with God's will and trust in His timing and plans for us.
We also want to address that you've used "Elohim" in your request. While it is a Hebrew term for God, it is crucial to acknowledge and call upon the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to come boldly before God's throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your will to be done in this job application. Guide our dear brother/sister through the application process, and grant them favor with the decision-makers if it aligns with Your plans. Help them to trust in You and rest assured that You have the best intentions for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
May God's will be done in your life, and may you find peace and trust in Him.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
