Please help me pray for my son to land a job. It’s been a struggle the last 18 mths for him. He’s mentally exhausted and full of disparity. Another interview today for a job he had a verbal offer on and now had an interview for a different position with same company saying they don’t want him to fail. He doesn’t feel confident with the outcome.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous and their son. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in their son's job search. We acknowledge that it has been a challenging and exhausting journey for him over the past 18 months. We pray for strength and perseverance for him during this time of disparity.

Lord, we specifically lift up the interview that he has today for a job he had a verbal offer on. We ask for your favor to be upon him during this interview. Grant him clarity of mind, confidence, and the ability to effectively communicate his skills and qualifications. We pray that the interviewers will see his potential and recognize the value he can bring to their company.

Father, we also pray for the interview for a different position with the same company. We ask for your guidance and wisdom to be upon him as he prepares for this interview. Help him to feel confident in his abilities and trust in your plan for his life. May the interviewers see his true potential and give him a fair opportunity to showcase his skills.

Lord, we know that you are the God who opens doors and provides opportunities. We ask that you open the right door for him, leading him to the job that aligns with your perfect plan for his life. Give him peace and assurance that you are in control, even when circumstances may seem uncertain.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray for your peace to fill his heart and mind, knowing that you are working all things together for his good.
